Smart access solutions for intelligent buildings
With the SAG Smart Line, SAG recently established the first “smart” mortise lock with EnOcean wireless technology on the market and thus enables the doors to be integrated into the building automation system without wires or batteries. SAG Smart Access is now presenting the next level in intelligent access organization.
In intelligent buildings, solutions for preventive monitoring, individual room control, keyless entry and intelligent cabinet locking are required for digital building control, which ensure that buildings and users can optimally adjust to each other. With the new SAG Smart Access solution portfolio, these applications can be flexibly configured at any time.

Keyless Entry
With SAG Smart Access, electronic locking systems in conjunction with corresponding apps ensure that access authorizations can be easily and conveniently organized using e.g. mobile cloud-based systems and platforms. This solution is open to diverse identification technologies, such as Bluetooth, RFID, PIN code, Time Sensitive Booking Code and much more. Which app application is used in connection with SAG Smart Access is up to the user. Instead of proprietary solutions with a limited range of manufacturer-related functions, the customer chooses the app that best suits their requirements.

Intelligent Lockers
With SAG Smart Access storage space in the form of cabinets, lockers and safe deposit boxes can be flexibly assigned or reserved by means of a mobile device, depending on particular needs. This keyless locking convenience also works wirelessly via BLE, RFID or PIN code. Even without an app, the cabinet can be operated using the Time Sensitive Booking Code, which is sent to the user directly on his cell phone.

Preventive Facility Management
To increase building security, door movements (actuation of lock latch and bolt) can easily be transmitted preventively with SAG Smart Access. In connection with EnOcean wireless technology, the closing status can be monitored online and the room usage management can be automated in a cloud-based manner. Insurance losses in the millions can be prevented by, for example, burglary, fire or water damage.

Individual Room Conditioning
By using the wireless EnOcean wireless technology and SAG Smart Access, it is possible to organize the room control depending on access and therefore individually. This ensures that selected loads such as light, heating or air conditioning are only activated when the user enters the room and are reliably switched off when the room is left for a longer period. The individual preferred feel-good settings for temperature, ventilation or lighting can be quickly and easily transferred via smartphone when occupying a room initially. The use of expensive resources is optimized.
