Schulte-Schlagbaum AG acquires 100% shares in Sächsische Schlossfabrik GmbH in Groitzsch from Franz Schneider Brakel GmbH + Co KG. The addition of Sächsische Schlossfabrik GmbH to the Velbert-based group of companies enables both companies to exploit extensive synergy effects in production, development and distribution.
The addition of Sächsische Schlossfabrik GmbH to the Schulte-Schlagbaum group of companies enables both companies to exploit extensive synergy effects in production, development and distribution.
Sächsische Schlossfabrik GmbH has a history in the production of door locks and strike plates that spans 115 years. The inclusion of Sächsische Schlossfabrik GmbH in the Schulte-Schlagbaum Group enables Schulte-Schlagbaum AG, which boasts a 185-year tradition in lock manufacture, to further penetrate the mortise lock market both nationally and internationally.
