Google AdWords and Google conversion tracking
This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”).
As part of Google AdWords we use the conversion tracking feature. If you click on an ad by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is set. Cookies are small text files that the Internet browser stores on the user’s computer. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification of users. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, both Google and we can identify that the user has clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.
Every Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be traced back to AdWords customers via the websites. The information collected with the aid of conversion cookies is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. The customers find out how many users in total clicked on their ad and were redirected to the page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they are not given any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking you can reject utilisation thereof by simply deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie in the user settings of your Internet browser. This will ensure that you are not included in conversion tracking statistics.
Storage of conversion cookies is pursuant to Art. 6, Para. 1, Letter f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the analysis of the user behaviour to ensure optimisation of its web content and its advertising.
You can find more information on Google AdWords and Google conversion tracking in the Google privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?gl=de&hl=en.

Deactivating cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

Newsletters distributed with CleverReach allow us to analyse the behaviour of our newsletter recipients. For example, we can analyse how many recipients have not opened the newsletter message and how often which link in the newsletter was clicked. With the help of conversion tracking, we can also analyse whether clicking on the link in the newsletter resulted in a previously defined action (e.g. purchase of a product on our website). You can find further information on data analysis through CleverReach newsletters at: https://www.cleverreach.com/en/features/reporting-tracking/.
We will only process data based on your consent (Art. 6, Para. 1, Letter a GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. The legitimacy of the data processing operations prior to your revocation remains unaffected by the withdrawal of consent.
If you do not wish to partake in CleverReach analysis you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. We provide an appropriate link for this in every newsletter message. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter directly in our website.
Your data stored by us for the purpose of receiving our newsletter is retained by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter, after which it is deleted from our servers as well as from the CleverReach servers. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the members area) remains unaffected by this.
You can find more detailed information in the CleverReach privacy policy at: https://www.cleverreach.com/en/data-security/.
