Employee Voucher Cards

To motivate our staff in the long term and to inspire them, every employee receives a voucher card on which a monetary value is loaded every month. Staff can exchange this amount for vouchers from over 250 partners. Besides fuel vouchers and various other offers on fashion and the home, we also offer leisure-time and travel vouchers. This allows our staff to refuel with renewed energy by having some “time out”.
