Using a PIN code
When booking online, the guest is automatically sent a PIN code by email or SMS to their smartphone which is valid for the duration of their stay. This code can be directly entered into the SAFE-O-TRONIC® access TS wall terminal and / or SAFE-OTRONIC access DS door fitting to access their guest room, e.g. if the reception is not always staffed. Optionally, the guest can receive a RFID card for room access from reception (e.g. the next day).
With the worldwide patent-pending Temporary Guest Code, SAFE-O-TRONIC® access organises the use of your guest rooms, holiday apartments or boarding houses – mobile, secure and convenient. Automated PIN code allocation enables the operator to centrally create access authorisations for one or more properties and send these to guests.
